In the UK, political parties are allowed to lie in election advertising. The advertising standards do not protect the public and parties are using this oversight spread their agenda with fake newspapers where lies and masquerade as fact.

Reform Political Advertising want to change the law. So to coincide with Labour’s Elections Bill, we made The Misleading Times, a fake newspaper sent it to every MP in the country.

The deliberately dishonest masthead is filled with enough bollocks, crap and bullshit to make an MP blush — and expose how broken the system is and advocate for urgent reform.
